Nicki and her husband Sam met at Youth With A Mission (YWAM) where they served as full time missionaries (Sam 12 years, Nicki 6 years). Now after 13 years of marriage the family has grown to include Conley (Coco, 6) Gabe (Gabe the Babe,5) Amos (Famous Amos, 3) and Milo (9 months) .
Nicki completed both a Discipleship Training School and School of Evangelism from YWAM. Her work included overseas missions as well as U.S. relief work, and youth summer training programs, and time as a small group leader. She worked 4 years at Fatherheart Maternity Home for unwed mothers and youth. Her involvement with young pregnant women led her to return to school and become a Registered Nurse and work in Labor and Delivery, yet the dream and call of full time ministry always remained in her heart.
In October of 2016, Nicki and her family of 5 moved from Tyler, Texas to return to ministry joining the Bridge. Sam has had the privilege to assist the Bridge by leading worship for Bible studies and Events. There is never a dull moment in the Brown Home, baking, playing games, dress up, outdoor activities, jam sessions (kids included), dance parties, and more. The most valuable asset God has given the Brown family is each other.
Nicki is a ballerina at heart, attempted photographer, beginner guitarist, and loves to cook. She has a passion for the word of God and loves to share that passion with others. Nicki’s love for Jesus Christ compels her to reach out into the lives of youth helping them meet and know their Savior and see Him empower and free them to fulfill the purposes and calling He has on their lives.
